Joining a busy team based in the Chorley area, the successful solicitor will utilise their skills and expertise to manage a mixed caseload of private and publicly funded matters, ensuring high levels of client care and service at all times. Membership of the Law Society’s Family or Children Panel is highly desirable.

- Advising clients on divorce and separation
- Financial Remedy matters
- Children Act proceedings
- Child care cases
- Pre-nuptial agreements
- Domestic violence including Non Molestation applications
- Building strong working relationships with clients in the region
- Participation in business development initiatives
- Identifying opportunities for cross-referral
The Candidate
- Applications will be considered from qualified solicitors with a minimum of 10 years’ PQE
- Technically brilliant with experience in both private and publicly funded family matters
- Membership of the Law Society Children or Family Panel is highly desirable
- Possess outstanding communication skills both verbal and written
- A team player who is equally comfortable working on their own initiative
- Personable, pro-active and client-focused in their approach
- Has a desire for professional development
