Interim Commercial Solicitor

Badenoch and Clark is representing a leading midlands/national company in the search for an interim commercial solicitor.

The Role

- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts with and emphasis on supply and distribution agreements.
- Working closely with key internal stakeholders on major project work.
- Being a reliable point of contact when issues arise within the organisation
- Working together with both internal and external lawyers to ensure tight deadlines are met.
- Supervising junior members of the legal team.

The Candidate

- Highly experienced lawyer with a current practising certificate
- Intricate knowledge of commercial contracts and risk management
- Able to hit the ground running with high-value, complex supplier agreements.
- Able to start on short notice.
