Commercial Litigation Solicitor - Reading 0-4 yrs+ PQE
A new role has arisen for a Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join a leading national law firm in their Reading office. I am seeking applications preferably from candidates who are 0-4 years PQE.
You will be dealing with a wide variety of commercial disputes for construction, transport and infrastructure companies as well as those in banking and financial services, also education and health. Your caseload will deal with breaches of commercial contracts (including banking and IT), fraud claims and professional negligence as well as other key areas.
The ideal Commercial Litigation Solicitor will have a good academic profile and you will be with a regional or national firm that has a very reputable litigation practice.
