My client is a leading North East Based law firm. They have an established history of over 20 years and an excellent reputation for offering high quality service both locally as well as nationally. The are now seeking to appoint an experienced Private Client Solicitor / CILEx either on a Full Time or Part Time basis

The Role,

Due to continued expansion my client is seeking to appoint a further Fee Earner to draft Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection documentation. You should also be able to undertake Probate including cases involving IHT and overseas property. You should also be able to deal with General Elderly Client advice. Also, the firm associated with a number charities and regularly give talks to charities and financial institutions regarding elderly care.

The Candidate

You will be an experienced Private Client Fee Earner, you will have experience of managing a busy caseload of Private Client matters. You will have strong communication skills both written and orally as well as being well organised. You will be comfortable working as part of a team as well as working alone.
