A not for profit organisation in West Yorkshire requires a Commercial Contracts Solicitor to join their friendly team on a part-time, permanent basis. The successful candidate will sit within the Legal and Governance Team.

Day to day duties:
- Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts including (but not limited to), TPC, JCT, NDAs, software agreements, consultancy agreements, service agreements and agreements for the supply of goods
- Preparing legal reports, and comments within reports, to ensure that decision makers are fully aware of legal implications relating to proposed courses of action
- Liaising with external agencies and partners, senior management and operational managers on a daily basis

The ideal candidate will have previous experience dealing with commercial contracts, public sector or not for profit experience is desirable but not essential. Travel may be required to other sites from time-to-time so access to a vehicle would be beneficial.

The role equates to 22 hours per-week, with the flexibility to choose your own working pattern, based around a standard 9-5 work day with an hour for lunch.
