Description
This Senior Banking & Finance Paralegal role will involve but not be limited to:
- Document Management.
- Assistance with signings/closings.
- Legal Admin services.
- Document drafting.
- Company Search Reports.
- Preparation of data rooms.
- Ad-hoc support.
Profile
For this Senior Banking & Finance Paralegal role, the candidate our client is looking for will have:
- Completed a legal degree (LLB or GDL).
- CILEX qualification is advantageous.
- Be looking to continue building their career at a law firm as a paralegal.
- An interest in banking & finance work.
- Previous paralegal experience working in banking or finance is highly advantageous but not essential.
- 2 years or more of paralegal experience from a City law firm is essential in a commercial practice area.
