A great opportunity has opened up with a progressive tech company for a commercial lawyer for a project based in Leeds.
The company is one of the market leaders in their field and the in-house legal team are in the midst of a exciting period of growth. Due to an internal move, a position has opened up for a commercial lawyer to join the team to work on a global project with a significant number of long standing clients. You'll be responsible for assessing and evaluating current commercial agreements in order to bring them up to date with new standards and work closely with different departments in the business including, sales and IT.
The head of legal is keen to find an experienced commercial lawyer that's happy to work autonomously and has pragmatic commercial approach.
