A household name, global luxury retail brand requires a top-tier commercial lawyer to act as legal manager on an 8 month basis.
Based out of their Central London head office, you will advise on group commercial and regulatory work including marketing, distribution and international sales agreements. You will also be responsible for providing high level legal and commercial input on strategic business decisions.
The ideal candidate will have strong commercial awareness and will be able to build excellent relationships across key units of the business. You will have excellent, broad commercial experience from time spent with a City law firm or in-house with a well-known business. An interest in the business as a global luxury brand will also be viewed favourably.
