Legal Counsel | FMCG Business in London | Maternity Cover
An internationally leading FTSE 250 FMCG business is looking to recruit a commercial legal counsel to join their London offices for a maternity cover to start in September 2018.
The Role
The legal counsel will have a generalist commercial role, offering legal advice and support to the business across all commercial matters. The legal counsel will be drafting and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts including sales, procurement, and data protection across all areas of the business.
The Candidate
The business expects lawyers of at least 4 years PQE to have the necessary experience for this legal counsel role, though they welcome applications from talented lawyers who do not meet this criterion. Other skills and experience of the legal counsel include:
- Experience of drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, from a reputable firm or a well-respected in-house legal team
- Individuals applying must be available to start in September 2018.
