Corporate PSL - Top Tier Firm

Highly ranked and sought after firm seeks a Corporate Professional Support Lawyer with Equity Capital Markets (ECM) experience to join its Corporate KM team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a first class team and would suit a candidate with a minimum of 4pqe in corporate law gained with a major law firm and an excellent academic background. Previous PSL experience is not essential.

THE ROLE

Working alongside a team of professional support colleagues, associates and partners, duties will include:

-know-how (current awareness, standard forms and documents, technical queries etc)

-training

-client facing know-how initiatives (client bulletins, updates, seminars, committees, consultations etc)

-best practice, innovation and technology initiatives

-business development

In addition to your excellent academic background and strong technical expertise,including ECM work, this role requires a proactive approach and a genuine desire to use your expertise to support your colleagues and promote best practice throughout the firm.
