- Professional negligence claims
- Partnership disputes
- Company disputes
- Other commercial and civil litigation
The Candidate
- Applications are encouraged from solicitors and legal executives with 4 years’ plus PQE in civil and commercial litigation
- Ideally, you will have experience of professional negligence claims, partnership disputes and director, shareholder and company disputes
- With the ability to manage your own caseload unsupervised, you will work well independently as well as within a team
- Business development skills and a desire to grow the litigation department are essential
- Taking an organised approach, you will have good time management skills
- IT proficiency is required
- A history of strong billing is a pre-requisite
- Your client care standards will be high
- It would be advantageous to possess proven ability in training junior staff, although this is not essential
