A fantastic Law Firm based in Stockport is looking to take on an experienced Litigation Executive to join their Personal Injury Team.
The ideal Litigation Executive will have a minimum of 12 months handling their own caseload of Fast Track and Litigated matters. As a Litigation Executive you will be confident in issuing Part 36 offers as well as assessing quantum and liability. Knowledge of the MOJ portal is desirable but not essential.
The salary on offer is up to £25,000 for the successful Litigation Executive, dependant on experience.
