Wills & Probate Legal Assistant - Birmingham.
Based in state of the art offices in Birmingham city centre, this established law firm is now looking for an additional legal assistant to join their expanding wills & probate team. The firm can offer a competitive salary along with a friendly and down to earth law firm.
Within this legal assistant position, you will support the busy and experienced fee earners in their wills & probate team where you will be responsible for drafting wills and LPAs, deal with routine elements of probate as well as running routine trust files, whilst also supporting on more complex files.
In order to be considered for this wills & probate legal assistant role you must have 12 months+ experience working in a similar position, be a good communicator and be flexible in supporting members of the team.
