I am working with an International pharmaceutical company are looking to hire a senior in-house lawyer to be based in Cork, Ireland.
This role will provide legal support for the commercial transactions of the International Sales Business team, which is based in Cork. This will involve reviewing, drafting, and negotiating distribution agreements, licence and supply agreements, agency agreements, as well as ancillary contracts and documents (eg. NDA, POAs, termination letter) for the whole International Sales Business of the Group, including export to CIS countries (other than Russia and Ukraine, where products are sold by local affiliates).
Ideally looking for a lawyer with at least 7yrs of commercial contracts experience in an international pharmaceutical group.
