This small high-street law practice with a great reputation in the local area are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to fill a position within its conveyancing team in Northampton.
The firm:
- Our client is a small high-street practice with a good reputation in the Northampton area.
- They are a multi-service practice with experts covering a range of areas.
- They offer a personal service to their clients across all practice areas.
The candidate:
- They are looking to recruit a non-qualified Conveyancer.
- You will need to have at least 3 years’ experience working within a high street law firm doing conveyancing.
- Preferably you will be a fee earner with experience of your own clients (this doesn’t have to be in complex matters).
The role:
- You will be joining a small team to manage a variety of conveyancing transactions.
- Providing a high quality of service for clients in what can be a difficult and stressful time.
- Dealing with a variety of conveyancing matters to include sales, purchases, remortgages, transfer of equity.
