Personal Injury Solicitor / Legal Executive, Birmingham

Leading insurance fraud practice in Birmingham seek a personal injury lawyer with motor experience that would like to specialise in insurance fraud work for a recognised insurance fraud team in Birmingham.

The Role:

- Handle a challenging caseload of motor insurance fraud claims
- Day to day responsibilities will include handling pre litigated and litigated claims withan appropriate level of supervision
- Assist and support the more experienced members of the team on more higher value/complex fraud claims
- Opportunity to get involved in business development and marketing within the team as well as attending client training, marketing events
- Partners/supervisors encourage all members of the team to have client contact and build their own working relaitons with their clients

Candidate requirement:-

- Qualified solicitor, legal executive or experienced paralegal with previous fraud experience or litigated motor experience
- Must have litigation experience, ideally in defendant personal injury however claimant lawyers are also encouraged to apply
- Have a strong knowledge of the CPR
