A prestigious US Law Firm is looking to recruit a new Cashiering & Expenses Assistant to work in a busy Accounts team on an initial 6 Month contract, with the potential of going permanent. Responsibilities will include processing office receipts for all International offices, producing the daily cash balance spreadsheet, enter the daily exchange rates, daily posting of client receipts for all International Offices, balancing client accounts, vendor invoice posting and processing weekly cheques/BACS run. Other duties will include expense report reviews, client transaction posting to the financial system, research and answer general accounts duties along with filing/archiving for the London accounts team. Candidates are required to have two years’ expense processing experience, preferably within a Law Firm, candidates must have a flexible and proactive attitude and must be a self-starter. Stunning offices are based in the City and standard hours are 9:30 - 17:30, however a flexible attitude is required as there may often be the possibility of overtime.
