In-House Counsel

A technology company based in Berkshire is seeking an in-house counsel to join their legal team for a period of 6-12 months.

My client is looking for a self starter with excellent drafting skills. You must be able to work well autonomously and as part of a team.

Responsibilities include:
*Reviewing contractual terms and identify risks
*Producing contract drafts and reviewing client terms
*Reviewing contract schedules and ensure consistency with terms and conditions
*Negotiating contract terms with clients


The successful candidate will be a qualified solicitor with a minimum of 2 years PQE*. You will have experience of dealing with commercial contracts within an in-house environment.
