Construction Senior Associate
London
A well-regarded full-service law firm is seeking a Senior Construction Associate to join the team.
This is a great opportunity to join a well-established, national law firm and work on high value projects throughout the UK as a senior member of a close-knit team.
Candidates should have around 8+ years PQE in construction and in particular construction in property development with a well-respected firm. The role involves a good mix of contentious and non-contentious work with a range of developers, house builders and infrastructure operators. A solid understanding of construction law; experience in negotiating and drafting bespoke construction documentation and / or previous experience in the dispute resolution procedures.
