My client is a Tier 1 Investment Bank looking to hire a Director to provide support to the banks businesses and infrastructure functions, including Employment, Incentives, Pensions, transactional support, litigation management and commercial contract support.
Responsibilities include delivering special projects, group wide initiatives and policy changes to emerging legal risks. You will also be coordinating with key stakeholders in HR, the Legal Function and Compliance, and lead a team responsible for the service of employment law to the bank on a global scale. In this broad role you also be expected to lead and manage a litigation service to the UK business.
A strong candidate will have at least 10+ post qualification experience from a well respected city law firm or financial institution. Very strong technical employment law experience is also needed.
