Key responsibilities:

• Able to understand and explain the businesses products

• Draft / amend / advise on and negotiate the full range of commercial agreements for all products.

• Provide legal advice/drafting that is accurate, understandable to and focused on the issues of the business.

• Be able to articulate the companies risk appetite to all levels of the business including senior management/Executives to ensure compliance with policies and make them aware of unfavorable terms and conditions.

You will be:

• A commercially / business savvy individual with in house experience who will be able to provide options and solutions to the company.

• An Excellent communicator with superb influencing skills, confident in dealing with all levels of the company (including Executives) in a multi-tasking, multi-cultural environment.

• Able to work effectively under pressure in a team environment.

• A Lawyer with Hands on experience of contract preparation, review and negotiation with telco/IT experience being a must.
