Client Details
Our client is a global software business. Our client have recently moved to a new office in Maidenhead and are an innovative and dynamic company with a good culture.
Description
You will be responsible for all general commercial contracts and work with the small legal team to support their overall in-house legal function. The team are busy but very supportive and friendly and need someone with the ability to hit the ground running and have a willingness to work as a team and independently on work to deadlines.
Profile
The successful candidate should be able to work in a very fast-paced environment and have the confidence to work independently on a range of commercial contracts. Experience working in technology sector is desirable but not essential.
We are seeking a competent, experienced and personable/ friendly in house solicitor to join this close knit team.
Job Offer
Good daily rate on offer.
