This is a great opportunity for a Commercial Property/Real Estate lawyer to join one of the UK's leading and most innovative renewable energy companies at the forefront of developing solar PV and energy storage projects.
Reporting to the Head of Legal and advising commercial and technical teams, you will be involved in a range of commercial property matters relating to the acquisition, development and disposal of a pipeline of solar PV and energy storage projects. You will draft, review and negotiate a broad suite of property contracts including heads of terms, options, leases, easements and wayleaves. You will also carry out title due diligence and disclosure exercises, advise on disputes, assist in the property related management of renewable energy assets operated and maintained by the company, and be proactive with regard to regulatory and legislative developments.
You should ideally be NQ to 3PQE, with a strong commercial property law background gained in private practice or in-house. Previous energy/renewables/projects experience would be beneficial.
