This is an exciting opportunity to join an innovative technology and logistics company as their Legal Counsel - Construction.
As Construction Legal Counsel you will assist the Head of Real Estate, Construction and Engineering Law in managing all construction matters across the entire business. You will draft and negotiate construction and mechanical handling equipment contracts for UK and international construction and engineering projects. You will also draft and negotiate JCT contracts, schedule amendments, deeds of variation, and development agreements.
The ideal person for this role will have private practice training and post qualification construction experience with a minimum of 3 years PQE, and strong academic credentials. You must be keen to undertake a varied and challenging role, in both a practical and advisory manner.
