Property Lawyer

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Property Lawyer to undertake a 3 month assignment with a local authority based centrally within a city in the North East.

The successful Property Lawyer will be confident in dealing with all aspects of conveyancing, including title investigations, freehold disposals, acquisitions, landlord and tenant related work including drafting leases and other property related documents.

Our client is ideally seeking a locum to start on a full-time basis, however part time hours may be considered for the successful candidate.
