My client is a well-known company based in Wiltshire. They are a people focused business and have a fantastic reputation in their market. Due to growth they are looking for a Company Secretarial Assistant to join their business within their established Company Secretary team. This is a temporary role however the position will likely go permanent for the right person.

Your new role
Reporting to the Head of Governance, your role will be extremely varied, offering great variety and exposure. You will be working as part of an established team within a regulated environment. Your duties will include drafting board and shareholder resolutions, preparing minutes and ensuring statutory and regulatory compliance by the Group's subsidiaries.

What you'll need to succeed
You will require knowledge of the Companies Act 2006 and other relevant legislation and have experience of working in an in-house Company Secretarial function. Candidates who are undertaking their ICSA studies are encouraged to apply. Above all else, a positive outlook is essential, alongside a "can-do" attitude. You need to be ambitious: someone that craves exposure and career development. You will be working in a fast-paced environment so the ability to think on your feet and get stuck in is key.
