This criminal and regulatory role will see you handle an interesting mix of defence based work where organisations and individuals are being prosecuted in criminal, coronial and regulatory proceedings.


What you'll need to succeed

You should be a regulatory/criminal lawyer with 5+ years' pqe. You should have gained a good mix of experience and will ideally have experience of criminal and regulatory proceedings in the healthcare sector.
