Assistant General Counsel (Benelux) (m/f/d)

In this challenging position you will be serving as primary legal contact and trusted counsellor for the business. You will be involved in drafting and negotiating a variety of complex commercial and high risk contracts on an international level. You will provide counsel on business matters from a legal, risk, and ethics and compliance perspective.

You are an outstanding lawyer with top academic credentials with at least five years' experience gained in a top law firm and/or a legal department of an internally operating company. You have a comprehensive knowledge of applicable laws and sectoral practices, including those related to M&A and private equity transactions, public/social sector and related public procurement requirements, data privacy, technology, intellectual property, corporate restructurings and antitrust, anti-corruption and litigation issues. You will be a strong self-starter, an excellent communicator and team player. You are very good in influencing and building relationships on all levels. Strong English, Dutch and French skills are mandatory. Other language skills are a plus.
