Exciting and growing pharma/biotech company now seeks a senior lawyer as a key hire to join their international headquarters based in Buckinghamshire.
Reporting to the Head of Legal International, the role will provide strategic commercial and transactional support across all business activities in Europe and outside the United States. The role will work particularly closely with Compliance, Medical affairs, Finance, Regulatory, HR and Market Access as well as Commercial teams.
They seek an experienced commercial or corporate lawyer ideally with circa five years experience in the life sciences sector (although all suitable candidates will be considered). You must also be a fluent English speaker with the ability to operate effectively and autonomously at all levels across a fast moving and developing organisation.
