Are you an experienced Residnetial Conveyancing Fee Earner / Chartered Legal Executive looking for a new role? Do you want to work at a highly regarded firm in Lincoln? Would you be interested in developing the residential property team, and promoting the award winning firm, along with managing your own caseload and supervising others? As a Residential Property fee earner, you would be responsible for running a caseload of files using a specialised case management system, whilst also providing help to others such as assistants, paralegals, and your clients. A key part of the role would be business development, by evolving the residential property team and also promoting the image of the firm in the market, through both research and networking events.

The successful candidate would be dealing with sales, purchases, transfers of equity, equity release, and re-mortgages to name but a few. You would be expected to prepare completion statements, fee accounts, deal with client enquiries, keeping both paper and electronic systems up to date, whilst also adhering to the team's fee earning targets.

The firm are looking for a self-motivated, organised and resilient individual, who strives for excellence and has the ability to think outside the box. The ability to work well in a team, build rapport with clients and colleagues, along with a 'can do' attitude is essential.
