Our client is a well-known US law firm with a particularly strong reputation in the technology sector and have been involved in many of the largest transactions in the sector in recent years. They have an established network of European offices and are now looking for an Associate to join their growing competition group in Brussels.
The Brussels team works as part of the firm's global anti-trust practice, collaborating closely with colleagues in other departments to offer support on M&A transactions as well as standalone competition law advice and investigations work. One of the partners now has a vacancy for talented mid-level lawyer to join their team and take on a 'lead associate' role for their clients.
In order to be considered for this position you will meet the following criteria:
- Admitted as a lawyer in the UK or Continental Europe with approximately 4-6 years' post-qualification experience
- Demonstrable expertise in competition law advice gained at a highly regarded international law firm
- Experience advising clients in the technology sector
