My client is a FTSE 250, world leading professional services organisation with offices in 33 counties across the globe. The current need is for a commercially astute Contracts Manager to work in their Central London offices.

Your new role

We are looking for a Contracts Manager to join their successful and unique Commercial Bids and Contracts team. You will be responsible for the facilitation for various types of contractual documentation. This will include all client issued documents and Terms of Business. You will be responsible for coordinating with the internal teams, including legal, compliance, finance and operational stakeholders whilst liaising with the client to reach an agreed contract position. As a Contracts Manager you will manage consultation between key stakeholders and the client throughout the process including pricing negotiation where relevant as well as tracking progress, resolving outstanding actions/issues and achieving delivery dates.

What you'll need to succeed

The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience as a Contracts Manager working in a similar environment. You will be able to engage on legal negotiations, complete evaluation of clients and business opportunities without oversight and have the credibility to engage professionally at all levels on the challenges and merits of client contracts. You will need to have a pro-active approach as well as being a strong communicator across all organisational levels.
