Structured Finance lawyer

A leading global law firm is seeking a talented Structured Finance Lawyer to join their Capital Markets practice in London. This practice operates as part of the firm’s global international debt capital markets and structured finance team. The London base focuses on the complex ‘high added value’ end of capital markets, and has achieved many market-leading positions in the legal financial arena. They advise on a multitude of asset backed financings and securitisation matters, including automotive and consumer receivables, commercial and residential mortgages, infrastructure assets and more.

The successful candidate will be adept at the above, as well as having great technical ability, excellent client rapport and work both effectively and efficiently in a team. You must have a strong academic background with experience in a top 50 firm preferred. Experience within structured finance is not essential, but a keen interest and familiarity with this area is fundamental.
