A rare opportunity has arisen for a Company Commercial Solicitor to join a highly regarded firm as Partner. This position would be ideally suited to a dynamic Senior Associate who is looking to progress to Partner or a junior Partner who is looking for a new challenge.

You will join a well respected company commercial team and manage a broad and stimulating caseload. You will specialise in commercial law and play a key role in developing the departments commercial offering.

The department acts for a wide range of businesses, from SMEs through to multinational corporations, on matters including commercial contracts, reorganisations, and business sales and purchases.

In order to be considered for this position your technical knowledge and client facing skills will be developed to a sophisticated level. You will have a track record of winning new business and maintaining profitable client relationships.
