12 Month FTC, Residential Property Paralegal at UK law firm to £28,000

Successful London law firm is looking to recruit a Paralegal to support their Residential Property department on an initial 12 month fixed term contact. Duties will include assisting with the opening of new files, making files in relation to existing matters, liaising with clients and offering clear and concise information, preparing and drafting legal documentation for sign off by the Partners, proofreading documents, conducting research for the Partners and other fee earners within the department, tracking projects to ensure they are running within set timescales, maintaining accurate data on the internal system in relation to client matters and any other ad hoc duties as and when required.   Candidates must be degree educated (minimum 2:1) and must have completed the LPC, have excellent communication skills and a strong ability to work well under pressure.  Standard hours for this role are 9.30am to 5.30pm.
