Housing Solicitor
The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic and talented Housing Solicitor to join our clients team. Becoming part of an established, specialist team, the successful Housing Solicitor will manage a demanding caseload comprised of publicly funded landlord and tenant issues including: possession; homelessness; unlawful eviction; disrepairs and; appeals. The ideal Housing Solicitor will also have experience of community care matters, although this is not essential for the position.

The Candidate
- Applications are encouraged from Solicitors with a minimum of three years PQE with solid experience in Housing Law gained within a reputable practice.
- You must have excellent technical skills with particular expertise in publicly-funded work.
- The ideal candidate will be highly organised with first class interpersonal skills across all levels.
- Additional experience in Community Care matters would be highly advantageous.
