Family Fee Earner sought for a leading West Sussex practice, offering a competitive salary package and exposure to a quality caseload.
The Role
Excellent opportunity for a Solicitor, Legal Executive or Fee Earner to join a flourishing Family department in West Sussex. Ideally with three years PQE, you will be able to handle a mixed caseload with minimum supervision and demonstrate excellent client care and communication skills.
Duties will include: separation; divorce; financial remedies; cohabitation disputes; prenuptial agreements; emergency, applying for orders and injunctions; mediation; Children Act applications including international children disputes and; conducting advocacy.
The Candidate
A Solicitor, Legal Executive or Fee Earner with a minimum of three years PQE;
Strong background in Family Law is essential;
Excellent drafting and communication skills are desirable;
Be commercially aware and handle a mixed caseload under minimum supervision;
Resolution membership would be advantageous but not a must have;
Willing to participate in business development, networking and marketing initiatives.
