Membership body seeks a Senior Case Officer to join their expanding team.
You will investigate complaints against members. You will take disciplinary or other action on behalf of their Conduct Committee. You will have conduct of the more complex matters, drafting charges and reports, communicating with barristers, witnesses and complainants. You will attend hearings and support counsel at tribunals and appeals before the High Court.
To be considered, you must be a qualified solicitor, barrister or FCILEX in England and Wales – or the equivalent qualification in a foreign common law jurisdiction. You will have substantial casework experience. Knowledge of regulatory procedures is desirable but not essential.
