Commerical Contracts Locum

A Higher Education Institution in West Yorkshire requires a Locum Commercial Contracts Solicitor to assist their small busy team, on a part-time basis, for an initial three month period.

Day to day duties:

• Drafting, negotiating and advising on a range of commercial contracts to include; international and agency contracts, external body contracts, procurement, IT and catering contracts
• Dealing with transactional work when required
• Advising academics on various commercial matters

The successful candidate should be a Qualified Solicitor with previous higher education experience, although candidates with thorough commercial contracts knowledge and an adaptable nature are also encouraged to apply.

Our client ideally requires cover for two days per-week to work alongside another part-time member of staff.
