A well-established firm is looking for a Conveyancer to join the team in Bedford.
Duties & Responsibilities:
You will be managing your own caseload. This role covers all aspects of Residential Conveyancing, including:
* Freehold
* Leasehold
* Sales
* Purchases
* Shared Ownership Schemes
* Rights to Buy
* Transfer of Equity
* Lease extensions
Key Skills & Experience:
This role is for a Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer. The ideal candidate will have in the region of 5 years' experience within Residential Property law. You will have:
* Experience handling your own caseload
* Ability to work to, and meet, deadlines
* Drafting and writing skills
Salary:
Salary is negotiable on experience, in the region of £25,000-£35,000.
