You will report into Senior Legal Counsel and will have exposure to individuals at all levels across the business.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing general counsel across all parts of the business
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts
- Handling litigation matters
- Advising on marketing, advertising and IP matters
- Drafting internal documents and keeping up to date with regulatory matters that affect the business. e. GDPR
About the individual:
- You will be a qualifed solicitor who is comitted to developing their career in-house
- Some litigation experience (NQs applying must have done a seat in Litigation)
- Commercial awareness and ability to advise non-lawyers in a straight-forward manner.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with a mix of people
