Legal Counsel (10+ PQE) Shanghai - 14661/TTL

This German multinational technology company is seeking a senior corporate counsel with the strong commercial savvy to join their Shanghai office, covering the Greater China region. You will be responsible for a variety of legal issues including contracts, IP, investment transactions, regulatory compliance, supplier contracts and labour law related matters. The ideal candidate will be PRC or Taiwan qualified with over 10 years’ PQE in contract work at leading law firms or MNCs in China. Candidates with dispute resolution experience and the ability to work independently preferred. Excellent commercial negotiation and legal drafting skills are required along with fluent English and Mandarin Chinese language. REF: 14661/TTL
