About the role

The firm's Restructuring & Insolvency team provides a complete range of legal and advisory services. Daily workflows of the Restructuring & Insolvency Solicitor will include:

- Providing advice on all aspects of contentious and non-contentious personal and corporate insolvency matters
- Advising insolvency practitioners, individuals, directors, businesses and creditors on all matters concerning bankruptcy, individual voluntary arrangements, liquidation, administration and company voluntary agreements
- Advising directors and individuals of their duties and obligations under the Insolvency Act 1986

About the person

Given the nature of the work, you will be a UK qualified Restructuring & Insolvency Solicitor with, as a guide, 1-4 years experienced gained in such matters.

You will have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail and due to the large volume of work you must be proficient at working in an organised and efficient manner. You will have sound drafting and negotiating skills and will thrive when working within a team on complex matters.
