Claimant Personal Injury Lawyer

We have an exciting opportunity for a claimant Personal Injury Lawyer to join the Birmingham office of a leading firm of Personal Injury lawyers. The firm are looking for candidates who are around NQ to 2 years PQE and this role is being offered as a fixed term contract and therefore you will be happy committing on that basis. Not only are the firm highly respected in the Litigation field with award winning solicitors at all levels but they also have a great working environment with excellent facilities, technology and resources to enable their lawyers to provide the highest level of service.

In this role you will be managing your own varied caseload of PI claims. These will be primarily fast-track matters dealing with travel illness cases. You will liaise with clients, prepare the relevant documents and assist other solicitors on other more complex matters that might progress towards court.

You will be a confident litigation lawyer ideally with experience and an interest in Personal Injury. You will be a strong communicator and negotiator and able to multi-task a busy caseload.
