Experienced Residential Conveyancer required by Westhoughton, Bolton full-service firm | Up to £35,000 plus Benefits

Your new role

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced residential conveyancer to join the Westhoughton, Bolton property team of a full-service firm. The conveyancer will be taking on an existing caseload with additional administrative support.

What you’ll bring to the team

To succeed in this conveyancing role, you’ll need to have experience handling a range of conveyancing matters including:

• Freehold and leasehold
• Sale and purchase matters
• Re-mortgages and new builds

The new conveyancer must be able to form lasting relationships with local agents and participation in business development is actively encouraged.

Your new firm

The conveyancer will be joining a team of local residential property experts who provide a range of legal services to the community as part of a larger, full-service law firm with a national presence.

How you’ll be rewarded

The firm are offering the new conveyancer £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, dependent upon experience, plus:

• Generous target-based incentive scheme
• 25 days holiday plus bank holiday (with additional target-based bonus scheme for extra holidays)
