Banking Paralegal

An excellent opportunity has arisen to join one of London’s elite tier US law firms as a Banking Paralegal.  Working with arguably London’s most successful and highest profile Partners and Attorneys, you will be given the opportunity and exposure to work on huge transactional client matters from initial instruction through to final completion, with minimal supervision.

In order to be considered for this role, candidates are required to have an excellent academic background, 2:1 degree minimum and ideally with the LPC qualification (not essential) along with either working or vacation scheme experience gained from a noted US or UK/international law firm based within the City of London.  

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are absolutely key to being successful in this role, the team will often be working to stringent timelines with the added expectation of being renowned for always providing the highest standard of work, even when under the highest amount of pressure.  Due to this, candidates are required to have a flexible and committed attitude to working extended hours and overtime as and when required, often including weekends and bank holidays.

This is an excellent opportunity for a paralegal or paralegal with a training contract confirmed for 2019 or 2020, standard working hours are 9:30am to 5:30pm and salary range is going to be commensurate with experience (£30k+) alongside extensive amounts of paid overtime, firm benefits and an annual discretionary bonus.
