A leading global law firm is looking for a Corporate Solicitor with experience of M&A within the oil and gas sector.
The team handles both domestic and international transactions and has an excellent reputation advising clients on: mergers and acquisitions, investments and joint ventures. As an international organisation, the firm’s clients include blue chip companies, financial institutions and public sector organisations.
As well as an excellent academic record, candidates should have 3+ years PQE in M&A from an international law firm, ideally working with international clients within the upstream oil and gas sector.
