Construction Solicitor with non-contentious experience required by specialist engineering company in the North West of England. Commutable from Manchester and Liverpool (Merseyside / Lancashire / Cheshire), this In-house Construction Solicitor role will suit a circa 2-6 years' PQE construction solicitor (or Projects Solicitor) with or without existing in-house experience.

Our client is a leading international engineering company providing installation, servicing and technical advice to clients in a range of industry sectors. The company is an EPC / primary contractor and it is involved in a significant volume of complex and high-value contracts for the design, build and long-term maintenance of it's products.

To support the company as it continues to grow and expand, there is now a requirement for an In-house Construction Solicitor to sit alongside the UK sales team. Reporting into the UK Sales Director, as well as the Head of Legal, the In-house Construction Solicitor will be operate at the coal face on complex construction, projects and commercial contracts.

Individuals applying for the position of In-house Construction Solicitor, will ideally have sound knowledge and experience of handling standard form construction & engineering contracts. This can include NEC, FIDIC, JCT etc. It is expected that you will have circa 2-6 years' PQE although those with more/less will be considered. Applications from Projects Solicitors are also welcome.

Our client is located in the North-West of England and its offices are commutable from Manchester, Liverpool, Preston and the surrounding areas of Lancashire, Merseyside and Cheshire.
