Regulatory body seeks a lawyer to join their Professional Conduct team on an initial six month contract.
You will investigate complaints of professional misconduct against members and firms. You will have a large and varied caseload, with a view to resolving disputes through conciliation.
To be considered, you will be a qualified solicitor or barrister. Lawyers from common law jurisdictions are encouraged to apply. You will have knowledge of regulatory and operational risk. Importantly, you will be able to demonstrate an interest in Alternative Dispute Resolution.
