Paralegal

Our client a media company based in London is seeking a commercial Paralegal initially until the end of the year with strong possibility of extension or even becoming permanent.
You will be a key member of the legal team and will assist the global team with the review and completion of general commercial legal work. You will also support the business internally with training and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
*Assist with the execution of general commercial contracts and licences globally with support of the legal team
*Ensure prompt filling, recording and tracking of fully executed contracts
*Assist the team with legal research tasks where necessary
*Provide assistance with the internal review of facilities contracts, powers of attorney and material releases
*Assist the team with cease and desist and termination letters
*Assist the team with responses to contract requests from the business
*Coordinate and drive NDAs from request, review and execution
*Maintain ownership of global in house processes including contractual processes
*Drive internal engagement with the legal team processes
*Ownership of Offer Agreements including review and completion
*Ownership of contract templates and internal documents
*Be a point of contact during execution of all contracts between the legal team and business
*Housekeeping of the global trademark portfolio and ensuring that the registry is kept updated and maintained
*Assist the legal team with training preparation (script, content) and with the delivery itself

The successful candidate will be a commercial Paralegal with a minimum of a year within a similar role. If you are commercially astute with excellent communication skills and good attention to detail I would encourage you to apply.
